What time will the US election results be announced on TV?
I live in France and am planning to watch the results of the US election come out live, (I have CNN and CNBC on my TV and want to follow it state by state.) What time will the results start coming out for the east coast states?

Board of Elections employees began counting the absentee ballots, which will decide the races for East Hampton Town supervisor and Southampton Town Board, on Friday, and initially thought results would be ready by the end of that day. The Board of Elections will count absentee ballots from other towns on Saturday, and resume counting East End ballots on Monday, Ms. Katz said. Anita S, Katz, Democratic commissioner for the Suffolk County Board of Elections, said absentee ballots for East Hampton Town and Southampton Town races will not be completely counted until Monday or later.
