My car has problems starting? I need to spray starting fluid in the carb for it to finally start. Suggestions?
It's an old school carbureated V8. It cranks but only after i spray starting fluid down the carb will it start? Why is it having problems starting? If i continue using starting fluid can i damage something? Thanks.

Homemade Household Cleaners?
Maybe it’s the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday or maybe it’s the fact that my house is starting to regain some sense of order after our basement disaster in September. Or maybe it’s just that I needed something interesting to write about for today’s Going Green column, but I recently discovered that you can actually make many of your own household cleaners. First, I tried to make my own window/glass cleaner. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon liquid detergent. Because of the vinegar, the small wasn’t completely fantastic (think a soapy salad) but it didn’t linger as long as expected and the cleaner worked really well on our glass-topped table.Spray Starting - Bookshelf

Good luck hope it is a simple fix for ya. yup about - 15 or so celcius, theres lots of battery power, ill check spark first see whats going on with that, its just weird it started in the morning to bring it inside to work on then in the aft it had... Check for spark, undo a wire get a plug tester or make your own and check spark on every cylinder. Is it cold when you tried to start the truck, my guess is a battery issue especially if it is under 20 degrees. First thing I do with a crank no start situation....

If you know there is something coming next week you would use the $14 on then it might be worth spending $3 on the spray just to roll the rewards over. My motto is if you won’t use the product you shouldn’t buy it, you’re just wasting your money (and that’s what your rewards are…FREE MONEY). I know you are probably trying to roll your rewards over into more rewards, but you might be better off buying something you would use…like candy, toilet paper, shampoo, or cleaning supplies. You could always give it away, but you have to be careful about giving something like this away. can vary from cashier to cashier in other stores, CVS has honored my expired extra bucks every time with no problem though, so I don’t even bother to ask anymore, I just use them when I’m ready. Since it’s an in store coupon they are able to bend the rules since they are their own rules....
